Qualification started in 2009!
Players are eligible for the 2011 UEFA European Under-21 Championship if they were born on or after 1 January 1988.
The ten group winners and four runners-up with the best record against the teams first, third, fourth and fifth in their sections advance to the play-offs.

I think exchange points and both will qualif.

Italy must win both (especially agains Wales)
Hungary must not to lose with Wales

4th group: Netherlands 21pts, Spain 13pts

Poland – Spain
With NED already group winners, Spain need to win as much points as possible to qualif. NED – SPA was 2-1, Spain with good results at any level (final u19 and WC) must win this one! Odds around 1.80!

6th group: Sweden 16pts, Montenegru 13pts, Israel 10pts

Sweden is qualified (and winner)
Israel need to win all if possible
Montenegru need not to lose for 2nd place, and a win for qualif.
Sweden has 5 1 0 13:3, but they already qualif. so I think Israel to win @ 10.00 worth a try.

9th group: Grecce 16 pts, England 11pts, Portugal 10pts.

I know some stories about Grecce U21 fixing games, the recent one is GRE – POR 1, I watched the game, 1-0 ’45, 1-1 ’80 after that POR produced lots of fouls around the penalty area and Grecce scored from a free kick. In the second game POR – GRE 2-1 same score. It’s strange to see Grecce winning in England (look at this players) – but now Grecce are 90% qualif. All depend on England and Portugal if they want to fight for second place or not. No bet yet…
